Hi, I’m Russ Porter, Managing Broker at John L. Scott’s Bothell office. With over 9 years of experience in real estate and a background as a Financial Analyst, I bring a unique blend of market insight and strategic thinking to every transaction. My specialties include luxury homes, relocation, investment properties, first-time buyers, and listings.
As a Certified Buyer Representation Specialist® and Certified Seller Marketing Specialist®, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service through strong negotiation skills, data-driven market analytics, and clear, consistent communication. My philosophy is rooted in building lasting relationships and supporting the community I serve.
I’m proud to have earned the President’s Award and above for eight consecutive years. Beyond real estate, I’m deeply involved in the Bothell community as a Northshore Rotary Member, NGSSA Board Member, and organizer of the Bothell Tree Lighting Festival.
